Marie Kiluu-Ngila

Marie is a corporate lawyer and is also an ardent advocate for diversity in the legal sphere. While a law student at University of Toronto, she co-founded Black Future Lawyers, a program aimed at supporting Black prospective law students and guiding them to achieve their goals.

As experience has taught her, Marie is constantly searching for opportunities to give back to her community through mentorship and advising. She has mentored a handful of students, many of whom have become more like sisters to her.

As she embarks on her journey through the legal sphere and “figuring out life” as a young professional in a cosmopolitan city, Marie continues to cultivate her passion to have a positive impact on those around her. She is always enthusiastic about meeting new people and taking part in their growth and development, no matter which stage of life they are in.

Marie is more than pleased to be a mentor for the Sister Sister Project, and is excited to nurture these new relationships.
